Smoke and Mold Damaged Stocks are Sold on websites like Ebay or Gumtree

Dear Customers,

Please note that any item sold under Liang & Eimil brand on other websites rather than our website and our retailers website (please see our retailers under the dealers’ page) such as eBay or Gumtree are smoke and mould damaged goods. These sellers are not allowed to sell these items as new goods and they are not allowed to sell these items under Liang & Eimil brand with Liang & Eimil images. We are taking legal action now against these websites using our brand name and images.  

These items are not in good condition. We are very surprised that these websites allow the sellers to sell these goods to public without explaining the real condition of these goods. We do not suggest to use this stock. 

MFUK Design & Furniture Ltd declares that we don’t hold any responsibility on this stock sold on these websites. We confirm that all our stock are brand new stocks produced after the Fire.

IMPORTANT UPDATE OF LIANG & EIMIL WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE NEW ADDRESS

Dear Customers,

We would like to update all of you we finally completed the relocation of our warehouse and office. Our new address is Unit 2, 38 Lockfield Avenue, Enfield EN3 7PY.

We will build our new showroom here which we expect to be completed on March 2018.

We would like to thank all of you for your support and understanding on the circumstance caused by the fire.

We are looking forwards to providing you better service from our new address in 2018.

Christmas Break

We would like to inform all of our customer that our office and warehouse will shut for the Christmas break on Friday December 22^nd and will reopen on Wednesday 3^rd January 2018.

The last week we arrrange deliveried for is w/c 18.12.2017.

Orders that need delivery before the Christmas break must be placed by Friday, 8^th December.

As this is a very busy period collection is going to be very limited as well, please make sure you book these in with our sales team in advance.

Any order that was placed after Friday, 8^th December will be delivered in the new year. Our first week of deliveries is w/c 08.01.2018.

STOCK UPDATE

Dear customers,

We have updated the stock availability of all our items on our website. Please check the due date under each under each product and specify our items according the due date.

We are receiving new stocks into our London warehouse from today on wards and we expect to receive the stock of most of our items back in 2 months. For the due date of each item, please check the product page on the website.

Recent Update!

We are very sorry to inform you that we are still unable to access our warehouse for health and safety reasons.

We are hoping to receive an update on the progression of the situation by the end of this week. We will of course keep you updated with any further progression.

Due to the fire to the building next to us, we are unable to access our warehouse and office for the next following week or two for health and safety purposes.

If you have any orders to be delivered in the next two weeks and they cannot be postponed, please e-mail us to cancel the order with your order reference or our pro forma number. We will issue you a full refund.
